Esiste un mondo fantastico a Palermo, un’isola felice, fatta di colori, stoffe e bottoni ma anche di carta, plastica e materiale di recupero. Ci sono bozzetti ovunque, alcuni vanno veloci in sartoria, altri restano lì a tenere compagnia alla nostra stilista: Arianna Biondo. 

There’s a fantastic world in Palerme, an happy Island, made of colours, texture and buttons but also plastic and recovery material. There are draws everywhere, sometimes they go to sartorial, others stay there with our nice designer: Arianna Biondo.

Elizabeth Arden, noto marchio di bellezza, vuole rivisitare la sua "vecchia porta rossa". Per chi non lo sapesse, la porta rossa altro non è che l'ingresso del negozio in fifth avenue a New York, risalente a cento anni fa. In occasione del prossimo Salone del Mobile di Milano, l'azienda chiede a tutti i designer emergenti e a chi vorrebbe tanto esserlo, di ridisegnare la Red Door. La scadenza per presentare il progetto è 22 Febbraio 2011 e l'estrazione dei finalisti sarà fatta entro il 28 c.m. Al salone del mobile verranno poi esposte le opere dei finalisti ed eletto il vincitore.. Elizabeth Arned, famous beauty brand, wants to review her old "Red Door". For who doen't know, the red door is the shop's entry on fifth avenue in New York and it's one hundred years old. So, for the next Salone del Mobile in Milan, the brand ask to all the new designer and who wants to be, to redesign the "Red Door". The last day available is 22nd Feb and the extraction of the finalist will be in 28 feb. At Salone del Mobile will showed all the finalist's works and elected the winner.
